Earth Tones & Texture: A Modern Primary Bedroom Retreat

For the primary bedroom in our Stinson Beach project, we layered earthy textures and natural materials to create a space that feels both grounding and refined. Soft silhouettes, sun-washed tones, and intentional pieces invite a slower, more restful pace.

An upholstered bed with subtle striping and vertical channeling sets the tone—structured, soft, and quietly elevated. A warm-toned wool rug adds depth underfoot, while a woven pendant overhead brings in coastal texture and ambient light.

Warm wood nightstands keep things clean and modern, complemented by sculptural ceramic lamps that add organic shape. In the corner, a waterfall-edge desk wrapped in textured fabric offers a serene spot to pause or reflect—finished with a tailored chair and soft greenery.

This room embodies our philosophy: thoughtful simplicity, natural elegance, and design that supports daily rhythm.
